On 23 June 2026, H.E. Ms. Prinat Apirat, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Thailand to ASEAN, participated in the 24th Meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR) Plus Three at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta. The Philippines and Japan co-chaired the Meeting.

The Meeting reviewed progress under the ASEAN Plus Three Cooperation Work Plan (2023–2027) and exchanged views on priorities to further strengthen regional cooperation. Thailand highlighted the importance of enhancing regional resilience through cooperation on food security, financial stability, digital transformation, and active ageing. 

The CPR Plus Three Meeting is convened twice a year to provide a regular platform for ASEAN Member States and the Plus Three countries—which comprise China, Japan, and Republic of Korea—to exchange views and advance cooperation.
