On 24 January 2024 H.E. Jukka-Pekka Kaihilahti, Ambassador of Finland to ASEAN, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Urawadee Sriphiromya, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Thailand to ASEAN, at the Permanent Mission of Thailand to ASEAN. Both sides exchanged views on ways to develop the relations and cooperation between ASEAN and Finland, through the European Union and in the bilateral framework, to strengthen ties between Finland and Southeast Asia.
