On 18 April 2023, H.E. Dr. Vasyl Hamianin, Ambassador of Ukraine to ASEAN, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Urawadee Sriphiromya, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Thailand to ASEAN, at the Permanent Mission of Thailand to ASEAN in Jakarta. Ambassador Hamianin expressed Ukraine’s determination to expand her relationship with ASEAN following the country’s accession to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC) last year.  Ukraine looks forward to developing cooperation with ASEAN in various fields including education, energy, food security, cybersecurity, and nuclear security.
