On 2 February 2022  H.E. Kjell Tormod Pettersen, Ambassador of Norway to ASEAN, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Urawadee Sriphiromya, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Thailand to ASEAN, at the Permanent Mission of Thailand to ASEAN. Both sides discussed ways to further enhance the ASEAN-Norway Sectoral Dialogue Partnership, potential cooperation in sustainable development as Thailand is coordinator of ASEAN for SDGs.  Both sides are interested in cooperation on combatting marine debris.  In addition, both sides also discussed Norway’s investment opportunities in ASEAN and important regional issues.
